Michael V. Meerman  is  the Executive Director of Creditors Service Corporation.  He  has held management positions with major corporations and has extensive credit management experience. 

As the credit industry's leading independent expert, he is sought after to lecture, teach, and provide consultation on a variety of subjects. He is a popular leader of American Management Association, National Association of Credit Management, Credit Research Foundation, and other financial management programs. As an accomplished workshop leader and college instructor, he has trained thousands of business professionals. He has vast knowledge within his discipline, and first hand operating knowledge that enables him to translate information and ideas into specific applications for credit executives and their departments. Direct work experience within the consumer finance, mortgage, agricultural, and commercial credit environments allow him to elaborate with authority on both basic and intricate industry subjects.

Meerman is an active and long time NACM supporter. His service includes roles as an affiliate Board of Directors member, Chairperson of Education, and as a member of other committee structures. He is the author of "The Complete Credit and Collection Letters Kit", and "The Art of Training and Motivating Staff".

As a seasoned professional with a strong business acumen, he communicates effectively with clear and concise concepts. Both small and large organizations have benefited from his guidance and insight. He holds the Certified Credit Executive designation from NACM, and is a graduate of Baker University, School of Professional and Graduate Studies.
